Win by lottery

1. During the applicable period, use restaurants and accommodations that serve bonito, shark fin, and swordfish on the menu.
2. Earn one stamp for each menu order. Accommodation facilities earn one stamp for each stay.
3. With two stamps you can enter for either Prize A or Prize B.

    Once you have collected two stamps, you can choose the product you want. If you collect four stamps, you will have a second chance to win a special prize.

Tap the number that corresponds to the menu item you ordered. Check that the ingredients and spot information match, then use your camera to scan the QR code. QR codes for collecting stamps are placed on each table at restaurants, and in each room at accommodations. Please note that the periods during which stamps can be collected for "bonito," "shark fin," and "swordfish" are different.(Bonito: September to October, shark fin: September to February, swordfish: November to February).

If you have achieved two stamps, please fill out the application form in the "Coupon" section.

Q: I can't install the Kesennuma Crew Card app properly.
A: Please check the available space on your smartphone.
Q: I can't read the QR code on the Kesennuma Crew Card app/the camera won't start
A: Please turn on the "Camera" and "Location" permissions while using the app. If the "Camera" permission is not turned on, the screen will be black and reading will not be possible. Also, since the app uses GPS functionality, if the "Location" setting is turned off, it may not start properly.
Q: The app freezes when I open it.
A: First, please check your communication environment. If you are connected to a free Wi-Fi network, the communication may be unstable. Depending on the model you are using, the app may occasionally freeze. If this happens, please contact the Crewship Office.
