The Hamarainya Dance is held every year at Kesennuma Minato Festival, a major event in Kesennuma City. The Hoya Boya team "HOYA FRIENDS", which was very popular last year, will be formed again this year.
There will be lots of benefits for participants! We are looking for 70 people to join us as Hoya Boya's teammates, "HOYA FRIENDS," and liven up the venue, so we look forward to receiving applications from all of you who love Hoya Boya on a daily basis!

1. Implementation Overview
Date and time:Saturday, August 18, 00 20:00-XNUMX:XNUMX

2. Recruitment
Recruitment period:Friday, June 6, 2020 - Wednesday, June 18, 2020, noon
Number of applicants:Maximum 70 people (If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, a lottery will be held)

Participation conditions:
① You must be a registered member of "Kesennuma Crew Card" and "Hoya Boya Plus"
② You can meet and leave on the day of the event
③You must have a contactable email address and phone number.
④ Participants must be elementary school age or older, and elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*If you are considering participating with your family, but are worried about participation because you have preschool children, please consult with the secretariat.
⑤Junior high school and high school students must be picked up promptly by their parents at the meeting and dismissal locations.
⑥After your participation is confirmed, you will be able to pay the participation fee in advance.

You will be able to meet and disband on the day at the location.
Please come in comfortable clothing.
You must have a contact email address and phone number.
Participants must be elementary school age or older. In addition, elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*If you are considering participating with your family, but are worried about participation because you have preschool children, please consult with the secretariat.
Parents must be able to pick up junior and senior high school students promptly at the meeting and dismissal points.
If your participation is confirmed, you will be able to pay the participation fee in advance.

The Kesennuma Minato Festival Committee has covered all participants with personal injury insurance, and Kesennuma City, the organizer of the festival, has covered all participants with comprehensive citizen liability insurance. However, participants will be responsible for any injuries or illnesses that go beyond the scope of insurance and any liability to third parties.
In the event of an accident during the event, a nurse will be dispatched by the festival committee to administer first aid, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility for any subsequent incidents.
You will be asked to drink water and take frequent breaks throughout the performance, but if you should begin to feel unwell during the performance, please speak to a member of staff nearby.
Please keep your valuables safe at all times. The organizers will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of valuables.
Please note that the festival organizers and staff involved in this project may cover the event and use photos and other materials for public relations activities.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that Minato Festival will be enjoyable for both performers and spectators.
In the unlikely event that evacuation from the venue is necessary due to a natural disaster or accident, please follow the instructions of festival venue staff and evacuate.
Please refrain from drinking alcohol during the event. In addition, if any disruptive behavior is found, regardless of whether or not you have been drinking, the entire group will be asked to leave the event, even if it is still in progress. Please also be aware that you may be barred from participating in future Minato Festival events.
Please refrain from attending if you have a fever (over 37.5°C), cold symptoms, or are feeling unwell.
Please make sure to monitor your health on the day before participating.
*For those who are unable to participate due to poor health on the day, the limited edition goods that were scheduled to be distributed on the day will be shipped at a later date.
