This restaurant offers a panoramic view of Kesennuma Bay while offering fresh seafood. In addition to seasonal local seafood such as bonito, tuna, shark fins that are said to be the best in the world, and sea urchins and squirts available only in summer, all landed at the Kesennuma Fish Market, you can also enjoy local sake that can only be found in Kesennuma.

The lunch at Japanese restaurant Kaishu on the second floor of Kesennuma Plaza Hotel is always satisfying.
