In Kesennuma and the Karakuwa Peninsula, the "yago" (store names) given to each private home are still in daily use today.
We will hold an event where you can take a leisurely walk with a local guide along a specially designed course based on the theme of the store name.
In December, we will walk through the Matsubatake area.
Enjoy an exciting adventure walking along the local footpaths lined with Karakuwa Palaces! Lunch made with local ingredients is also included on the day.
