[Autumn and winter traditions] Ki-arashi & Port Town Mini Tour

This is a mini tour to observe the fantastic sight of "Ki-arashi" that appears in the sea of Kesennuma.
This is a phenomenon where steam-like water vapor rises from the ocean surface due to a large difference between the water temperature and the outside air temperature. The sight of fishing boats of all sizes passing through the storm is a truly fantastical sight. Why not take a tour of the storm with a guide, which can only be seen for a limited period and time? (The occurrence rate of the storm during the program period is about 30%)
