The NHK morning drama series "Okaeri Mone" will begin airing next spring.

In Kesennuma City, the "Okaeri Mone" Kesennuma Project Executive Committee has been established, aiming to turn Mone fans into Kesennuma fans through a joint public-private effort.

In order to bring together government, industry groups, businesses, and citizens to create a system that welcomes and delights Monet fans, the Kesennuma Tourism Organization's promotion department will send out "Kesemone News" irregularly (about once a month) to share the progress of the initiative.
