The 39th Kesennuma City Industry Festival

A huge collection of local delicacies from the seas and mountains of Kesennuma!
This is the largest product fair in the region, held at Kesennuma Fish Market, a place that is usually hard to visit.

As a special event for the 39th event, we will be serving 700 servings of "Grilled Returned Bonito Tuna"! Numbered tickets will be distributed from 11:00 and serving will start from 12:00.
Enjoy freshly grilled over straw at the venue!

The annual raffle will feature luxurious prizes, including a grand prize set of Minami Sanriku rice and a giant whole braised shark fin. In commemoration of the 350th anniversary of the introduction of bonito fishing, there will also be 350 special prizes with bonito-related products.
For every 500 yen you spend, you will receive one coupon. If you collect four coupons, you will be entered into the lottery once, so please enjoy shopping at the venue.

There will also be a guided tour of the entire bonito fish market, where you can experience the charm of bonito in its entirety, including a tour of the fish market facilities and a lecture on bonito. There will also be a Hoya Boya Festival, where you can enjoy classic festival games such as ring toss and yo-yo fishing, which were a big hit last year! We look forward to seeing you there, with a wide range of other events, including the simultaneous event "Breakfast at the Market."
