We will walk along a wild promenade aiming for the "Kaminokura Tsunami Stone", a gigantic 150-ton rock that was washed up on the beach by the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake. The course where you can experience the richness and harshness of the ria coast where the forest and the sea are side by side is also a route of the Michinoku Sea Breeze Trail and Miyagi Olle, and is also recommended for those who like mountain climbing. You can also see the day lily flowers from May to June.
