The 42th Kesennuma Camellia Marathon

The Kesennuma Tsubaki Marathon has been held in autumn for the past few years, but the 42nd event will be held in spring. Why not try running around the island while feeling the sea breeze? We are looking for participants for four courses: a 3km course that is easy even for beginner runners, as well as a 5km, 10km, and half marathon!
There will also be booths selling local products at the venue.

<parking>
1. The temporary parking lots on Oshima Island are as follows. Parking spaces are limited, so please carpool. All parking lots are open from 7:00 to 14:00 on the day of the event.
2. Parking lots around Odanohama Beach will be subject to traffic restrictions from 9:00 to 12:35, and you will not be able to leave the parking lot until the restrictions are lifted. Please make sure to enter the parking lot by 9:00 on the day of your visit.
3.It is expected to be crowded, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
4. Please walk from the parking lot to the venue.

Participants must be able to participate in the race at their own risk, adhere to the race rules, and complete the race within the time limit.

*There will be no time limits for the 10km, 5km and 3km courses, however, the race may be cancelled if necessary for tournament management purposes.
*The official record will be the time it takes from the starting gun to the finish. Records will be measured using an IC tag attached to the chest number card. When participating in the race, be sure to wear your number card on your chest and back. Finisher certificates will be issued online for each participant, not on paper. In addition, the complete records of all finishers will be posted on the event website at a later date. Please note that record books will not be sold.
